            Delegate Fast moves to amend the bill on page seventeen, section twelve, line three hundred ten, following the word “property”, by inserting the words “provided that the area of property to be severed shall be approved by the county commission wherein the property lies so as to include in the severance all property substantially supporting the for profit or business activity giving rise to the specific purpose of the severance and excluding all property entitled to the continued benefits of this Act.”
